Luvnap Sleep Mask I love this eye mask! I tried it on and it was adjustable so you can fit it snugly against your face. The mask blocked out all the light and I mean ALL of it. The contoured design was very nice, I opened my eyes just fine with the mask on and all I saw was darkness. It's made of a comfortable material on the outside and a foam like interior. I had a good nights sleep after wearing them, which was very needed!

Fitness a2z Pilates Ring I have never done Pilates before this ad man let me tell you, it's a heck

 of a workout. This ring is great quality and is covered in soft foam for comfort. I like the

 resistance band that comes with it. That I am familiar with because I do exercises to keep

 my back pain down. It's made well and offers good resistance. I have a good feeling this

 ring will help me gain strength and probably lose weight. I will update it later to show long

 term results. It's a great product with comfort in mind. I would definitely recommend getting it.

Little SqueezeMe Nice set of reusable pouches. They are just like the professional pouches you 

buy of yogurt and applesauces for your little one only they have a zip lock you open at the top. 

The ziplock gets covered up so your little one can't open it from the top once they get it. The spout and cap are solid plastic construction and it's BPA free. I love these! They will save

you money.

I was privileged enough to sample this set for free. My son loved all the teething items included. As a very early teether of 2 months old it is hard finding teethers that aren't too big for his mouth. All of the items are appropriately sized for even the smallest mouths. He actually was laughing when I used the banana teether on his gums. He's one happy baby now thanks to this kit. I would buy it again if I lost the items (Which may happen, I lose track of everything!).

Rice Cereal for GERD

My son has a reflux problem so I've been trying to find ways to help his chronic spit-up. Babies normally spit-up but, if your baby is doing it constantly along with having distress/pain you should tell your doctor. I asked his doctor how to treat his problem and she said that elevating their mattress and adding rice cereal to the bottle may help. Well I went home after purchasing the cereal and I came to a problem. How much do I add? Well I did some digging for a while online and I finally got an answer. It said for reflux add 2 tbsp for 4 oz of milk (breast or formula). We also bought some new 5oz Tommee Tippee bottles and both the #2 and #3 nipple replacements. I didn't know which one would work best so we got both. I found the #3 worked the best.  I only use the cereal at night. Sofar, it's been working. He spits up a lot less and is less fussy.

Shower time review

Today I received and reviewed  Fogless shower mirror by Cassani,  Art Naturals Organic Daily Argan Oil Shampoo 16 oz, and Art Naturals Argan Oil Hair Mask, Deep Conditioner 8 Oz. I had a nice relaxing shower today thanks to these products. I love this little shower mirror and its made pretty well. It comes with a metal hook to hold the mirror and a metal razor holder. I hate not being able to see myself in the mirror after a shower when the mirror out of the shower gets all foggy. Now you don't have to leave the shower. When I first got this set I ran the shower extremely hot just to get a good fog going and the mirror was just as clear as ever. Just look at the pictures of the fog on the shower door versus the mirror. I must say it is exactly as advertised. Just make sure when you place it that it's in the spot you want to keep it in because it uses those padded adhesive strips. As for the shampoo and mask. The shampoo and mask smell amazing and the shampoo lathers well. It makes me think of the high priced shampoos in salons. After getting out of the shower I used the argan oil hair mask. Using these products made my hair soft and manageable. I received this as well as other Art Natural products to review free of charge for an honest opinion. I think they gave it free because they know how good it is. Now I'm hooked!

2 Month Shots!

Today my son had his 2 month shots. He cried a little when he got the shots but was quickly comforted by my husband and a bottle. After that he fell asleep on the way home and slept for 3 hours. When he woke up he was inconsolable! The leg was a little swollen and he was crying worse than I have ever seen. When we contacted the doctor we were told to give him some infants Tylenol. It worked fairly quick and he fell asleep next to me.  However, when I would get up while he was sleeping he would quickly wake up and cry. I felt terrible! After much cuddling and watching him sleep he later woke up and acted like nothing happened. I'm so relieved right now. If you are going in to get shots ask the doctor how much Tylenol they can take beforehand that way if you get into that situation you can react quickly.

Recently, I've been getting a lot of Amazon deals for free from a company called Art Naturals.
First up, Art Naturals Blackhead Remover Dermatologist Grade Kit. This kit is awesome! It comes with 5 double sided tools that lance and remove acne. I've tried tools like this before but never knew how well a professional grade set could work. The tools are very well made and makes for a very painless pimple removing session. I love the fact that it comes in a neat compact case. There are no sharp edges on any of the tools except the one used to lance the whiteheads, so you can tell it's good quality. I used this on my husbands back and he wanted to know when I was going to start but I was already done.




Next, Art Naturals Organic Argan Oil for Hair, Face & Skin 4 oz , and ArtNaturals Enhanced Vitamin C Serum with Hyaluronic Acid 1 Oz The bottle for the argan oil was bigger than I thought it would be. It comes just as shown with a regular bottle top and the dropper. There are many ways you can use these oils for hair and skin. It's better if you buy their other cold pressed oil products and mix them together to create your own skin care system. After using both of these on my skin for just a few days I've noticed my skin was softer and looked more radiant! I can't wait to review more of their products. There should be a more coming in a few days.

Trying this out

Hello everyone! I had my son on December 14. He is now two months old and I have learned more in those two months than I have in the 28 years I've lived. Being a mother is hard work but it is also fun. Since I've been staying home I have found it fun to review products online in my spare time. I want this blog to be about the trials and tribulations of parenting and the products that make life easier. Hopefully the information I provide will be useful to anyone who reads this blog.
